ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body. This technique is believed to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promote balance, and relieve pain. Many people turn to acupuncture for various conditions, including chronic pain, stress, and digestive issues. Overall, it aims to enhance overall well-being and improve the body's energy flow (Qi).
