Acupuncture

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing practice in which special cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This suction is believed to improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation and healing.

Tuina

A traditional Chinese therapeutic massage that focuses on balancing the body's energy, or "qi." It combines various techniques such as kneading, rolling, and pressing along energy pathways to alleviate pain and promote healing.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing technique that scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool.  This practice is believed to promote circulation, relieve tension, reduce inflammation, and enhance skin health.

Electroacupunture

Electroacupuncture is a modern adaptation of traditional acupuncture, where small electrical currents are applied to acupuncture needles. This technique enhances the stimulation of the acupuncture points, improving pain relief and therapeutic effects. â€‹

Auricular
Acupuncture

Also known as ear acupuncture, is a technique rooted in the concept that the ear mirrors the entire body. By stimulating certain points on the ear, it can influence related organs and systems, supporting the body’s natural healing process.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion spray therapy uses herbal extracts from mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris), applied to specific acupuncture points and followed by therapeutic heat. This technique is often used alongside acupuncture to enhance its healing benefits.
